Paleo Diet for weight loss.

The health crisis in our world is growing frantically.. We can now see how much trouble we are in. We need to eat the way our ancestors ate, enter Paleo Diet. We need to start to understand what is being put into our food, all the extra ingredients and all the extra fillers. With the paleo diet, exercise should be done as well. All the video games and computer use, probably do not help either.

The old trend of the paleo diet, is not new. With all the benefits it has, it is easy to see why it is gaining steam. You may not be able to see yourself eating this, but most others can't either. If you can, however, you will get healthier, and have a better quality of life. Some things that will be effected are the obesity rates, and the high blood pressure rates. You may start to see improvements in your digestion, and your energy levels.


Agriculture



We started out as hunters and gathers, a very very long time ago. When agriculture started we were introduced to lots of new foods, unnecessary foods.. Grains, dairy, and refined sugars were not even thought about yet. These food were not used by use before, and shouldn't be now. We used to get our weapons out, and find our dinner. In our modern society its not as prevalent, but is still done. In our fast paced world, we eat fast. Getting our food is exactly the same. No one wants to wait. With the time at work and the kids at home, no one wants to cook. Meat had to be hunted, berries picked, and the fire started. We used to do this, but we need to except the fact that things have changed. Not for the better either. Most Americans are overweight, in some way or another. We are still on a very fast incline to the top of the overweight charts. If this was the Olympics, we would hold gold and silver medals. The vegetable I have noticed most is corn. Yes, corn. It has been include in more food labels, than the word healthy has.


Natural or Not



When we think of food, we may not be thinking about what is actually in your food.. Most items marked as healthy, or diet, usually aren't. New labels are replacing old labels all the time, from different variations of sugars, to the corn by products we all know and love(joke). Many items can be relabeled, and reused as different things, so they can be labeled differently. Health is not of concern to the food big wigs. It doesn't take a health nut to know this is not healthy. It surprises me that more people don't know, with all the information on the internet and in the news.. Many of these so called experts hid this things from us on behalf of the food companies. No one likes a noisy nelly. We need to take back our lives, and our health. It doesn't matter how much they change names, we will always have ways to find out the ingredients.







Do you really think that you can't lose weight? It is all about what you eat, you can lose weight on the paleo diet. The question is are you ready to start. Striving for healthy living and fitness should be all of our goals. At least to start. You don't have to be a model, heck, you don't even have to be healthy. If, however, you are only over weight because you think you can't lose weight, then this is how. You have to make a change, if you want to change. Your body needs to be rebalanced, and it will thank you. It is time to get going on the right track. It is time to start now.

     Many people are stuck in the same situation, no money and no way out. Our economy is not doing good right now, and honestly I think it is going to be a while before it is. There is a tiny gleam of hope, working on the Internet, but be careful, all that glitters is not gold. Here are a few things you should understand about working at home online.

     One, Everything doesn't work, there are online jobs available that simple try to rip you off. Two, some people do make money online, everyday in fact. While this is not easy or always the case, most of our attempts are cut short by scams and deceit. A lot of this has to do with other people making money, not you. If you did not realize, we are not all the masters of manipulation that some people may be, cleverly placed words and pictures can lead our minds to a hectic place. This is where we think we hit gold, but we actually hit a wall. I have had my share of experiences of trying to work at home, and I will share a few of them now.

     Do you ever get so excited about something that you see online, that you smile from ear to ear . I do it all the time, maybe I am gullible I am not sure. This happens to a lot of us, and for some of us there is good reason. There are opportunities out there for us, so lets start easy.

Survey says

     Yes yes, surveys. Surveys are a good way to make money, if you can find a site to pay you well. Some sites give you, say, 50 cents per survey which honestly is not to bad. There are several "survey sites" that are actually links to survey sites. You should be weary of sites like this, becuase they are set up to get your information to send it out to survey sites. This in turn will lead to a lot of spam, and a giant waste of your time. Remember, there are sites that do pay. Just realize though, that this is going to take a lot of time to make it worth your while. A couple of extra bucks every week can help though.

Marketing

     I was sure I hit the jackpot with this. My first experience, of online business, was with something called Affiliate Marketing. This is interesting, you market someone else's product or service for them. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? You do not need inventory, you do not have to bother with products, or with shipping. You can do this job from anywhere with the Internet, no shop required. There are many sites where you can become an affiliate marketer, one of which is CLICKBANK.COM. If you are interested, that is a good place to start. There are sites that can explain the whole process easily for you. There is no limit to your success here, if you know how to sell it. You must be aware that you do have to put in work. There are no short cuts to success.

Blog

     Yes, if you did not know, you can get paid to blog. If you have a lot to say, start saying it. The site you are on right now is a good choice. What happens is that you will get google AdSense connected to your page. After you write what you want to and post it, google AdSense will post ads that relate to your article on your page. If these ads get clicked on, you can get money. There are many reasons for this to work, or fail. When you blog your chances can be drastically improved with good writing skills, and interesting subjects. However, your writing is only limited by your imagination, so go crazy. Spreading the word about your blogs is essential to having good traffic and more views. This goes in turn with affiliate marketing, your ads surrounding your hub will be your income.

Ideas

     There are places online that can buy your ideas. This is where your imagination can shine. Have an idea for a great movie or story? Do you have an idea for a new or existing product? Do you have something funny to say, you could put it on a shirt, hat, clock. Well, get your ideas out there. There are sites dedicated to just that. I do not know much more about this subject, but for the inventor or the imaginative it is worth looking into.

Crafts

     Do you like making crafts? Why not try your hand and basket weaving or pottery. There are sites specifically for buying and selling crafts, some of which have a small fee for selling or posting your products. Anything can be sold on these sites from ash trays to candles. If you have something you make, even as small as bracelets and charms, then this is worth checking out. You never know who is looking for what you have.

Auction

     If you have extra stuff at home, and you do not want or need it, then here is a good idea. Auctions are a great way to get extra money into your pocket. There are many auction sites you can get into online, that provide a true value to you.... Customers. Millions of people buy and sell online everyday. There are many tutorials to help you along.

      Just a little side note to auctions, there are auctions sites that can be just as useful to you if you do not have the money. These sites are more like trading sites, they use credits instead of money to bid...the most you have to pay for is shipping. EXERCISE AND DIET

     We all know how difficult it is to lose weight, RIGHT, well theres reason for that. Whether are jobs are to tiring to make a really good effort, or we cannot find time in the day, or schedule to make a wholesome meal. We can still do this. A Lot of people who are bigger, apparently, cannot lose weight like everyone else. This problem can be due to genetics, and even the extra sugars and fats tossed in are foods. Some of us need help, and fortunately there are groups that can help. So if you are trying to lose weight it is a good idea to start there. Sometimes it just takes a little push to get you on your way.

     First off, we have to clear some things up. We have to DIET and EXERCISE to equal SUCCESS. I see advertisements online, and TV, if it is an exercise machine they tell you, you need to diet too. If it is a diet they tell you that you should exercise too. OK, I get it. To lose weight you cannot just workout, or just diet. Both are necessary for success, you did see the title right. This is very important, to change our bodies we need proper nutrition and exercise equaled out. Even changing very small things can help. Trade those chips for fruit, and lets go.

EXERCISE

     OK, exercise should be done a couple of times a week, three or four is fine. Just stay active, take the stairs instead of the elevator. You can take a walk, take a jog, go to a gym, dance around your house. Yes the last one sounds dumb, but have you tried it. OK then. If you are going somewhere close in town, maybe you could walk there. Maybe you could get a bike. All the exercise equipment you can buy, will work. I do not doubt any exercise equipment, it can all help, some just help more than others.

Exercise Machines

     If you have watched TV, then you have certainly scene a lot of exercise machines. Most of these machines are just gimmicky and cannot take the place of quality exercise. There are a few products that may work for you. Of course, you need to diet as well. The best thing we can do, when deciding to buy one of these products, is to ask around. You should find people who have purchased these machines, even check online to see what you can dig up. This is a very important step in any purchasing situation. It may help to remember, some people will buy these products and give them bad reviews. Yes...this will happen either due to the fact that, it is not working fast enough, it is not doing what it supposed to, and any other excuse they have because it did not work for them. Make sure you can find a lot more good than bad, and also check what the comments are make sure the machine doesn't have defects.

DIET

     Finally you have, the diet. What, you do not want to count calories?..... You do not want to cut your food consumption in half, right. THEN DON'T. Why not try this. Eat fruit in place of snacks. You may not like the taste, so try a different fruit. Try not to eat after 9 at night, like 2 to 3 hours before bed. Yes you burn calories while you sleep, but not that many buddy.Try to eat only three big meals a day.  See if you can include some vegetables in your meals. There are a couple of things to remember here. One, many diet plans you see on TV can give you a very useful health education, you can also see a lot these diet plans online. So go get health wise. Another thing to remember is that you should know what you are eating. If you look at the ingredients and you cant understand any of them, It is probably not to good for you.

     This is something that could be done with a friend. It will help you ten fold to have someone there to help and guide you. Personal trainers are a good idea, if your ready to step it up, and if its just a friend it would still be great support. I mentioned before that there are groups that can help you. See if you can find some around town, or in the Internet. You do not have to settle with your life, if you like your life then do not change it.
